TRAINING PROGRAMS AND MATERIALS

Training Programs and Materials

From product liability and customer satisfaction to manufacturing efficiencies, there are numerous justifications for training. And, it goes without saying that the best training programs are prepared by the people with the most knowledge of the subject. Our technical background allows us to thoroughly learn your product. By determining the intended audience and desired results, we can prepare training programs that are expertly organized and designed to teach at the technical level of the student/user.

Highly technical equipment and systems can be made more marketable if they include a training program or training materials. This may be as simple as step-by-step instructions for installation and operation. On-line help can provide on-the-spot, context-sensitive assistance and can be written to interact with your equipment software. Structured coursework provides more detailed training and can include both hard-copy and electronic materials. The better your customer can operate your equipment and find answers to questions, the more satisfied your customer will be.

In the manufacturing process, efficiency increases along with knowledge. Training programs can be used to instruct factory personnel in assembly procedures. They can also include quality guidelines to be used right on the line.

Our training programs are custom tailored to your situation. This means we deliver the media best suited to the situation. Some examples:

Training Art
  • Structured classroom coursework including both instructor and student manuals, tests/quizzes, student materials, overhead transparencies, computer presentations, or slides.

  • Interactive, self-directed, multimedia computer training. Using narration, animation, live video, text, and graphics, these courses provide a rich resource of information at the user's pace. Scorable tests can be included.

  • Customer or service representative training manuals. This training method does not require a classroom or other formal setting. Training topics can be either specific to a piece of equipment or a procedure or can be more general and informational. These programs can be delivered as printed material or electronically on CD-ROM.

In limited and specialized situations, ARCOM can even host the training.
